Alexandra has over 20 years of HR leadership and consulting experience and is passionate about improving performance and increasing HR’s impact on long-term business value, while fostering environments where people can thrive. Currently TITAN Group’s Chief People Officer and Executive Committee member, Alexandra joined the company in 2018 and held the roles of HR Director Europe & Eastern Mediterranean and Regional HR SEE, Turkey, Brazil & Group Employee Engagement Director.
Prior to TITAN, she served as the Chief People Officer of Printec Group. Alexandra has lived in three countries and worked in over 20, with people of more than 50 nationalities. She began her career in HR consulting at The Inbucon Group in the UK, was a Team Leader and Senior Consultant in Hay Group (now Korn Ferry) and established and led Aon Hewitt’s Talent & Organization Consulting in Greece and Cyprus. An ICF Professional Certified Coach, she is co-founder of EMCC Greece and past president of EMCC Greece and the Hellenic Institute of HR Management.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration & Psychology from the University of Strathclyde, UK, and an MSc in Organisational Psychology from The University of Manchester, UK. A lifelong learner, she is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at SDA Bocconi, researching female leadership C-suite transitions.
